The Secret To Curing Diabetes
I was 39 years old when the doctor first told me that I had diabetes.
I was 80 pounds overweight. I had high blood pressure. I had chest pains almost every day. I was a wreck.
But finally, I knew what was wrong with me. I asked the doctor what they did to fix people with diabetes.
Of course he lied to me. He told me the same lie that doctors have told millions of people. He told me:
"Diabetes isn't curable. You will have to live with this disease for the rest of your life."
That wasn't acceptable to me. If you are reading this, then a doctor has probably already told you the same thing. And it's not acceptable to you either.
Good!
Fortunately, there have been many who went before us who found that answer unacceptable as well.
I started researching just as you have started researching a cure for diabetes. People like you and me aren't willing to accept the "incurable" label. And we don't have to. Because "incurable" is a word game for these doctors.
Diabetes is only "incurable" because of how they defined diabetes. The definition has changed over the years, but as this is being written, the definition of diabetes is:
"Diabetes is a condition defined as a person who has two or more fasting blood sugar level measurements of 125mG/dL or more."
What?!?
With that definition... of course it isn't curable! That is also the diagnostic method most used today. So once you have two fasting blood sugar measurements of 125 or more, then you are a diabetic for life.
That's like saying that if you ever had an acne outbreak on two different days in your life that you have acne. And it's incurable. Huh? But what if you don't have any zits right now and haven't had any zits in 20 years and won't have any zits in the next 20 years?
It is a stupid, self-serving definition for the medical industry. They created the definition in such a way that the disease of diabetes can not be cured. That means they can prescribe you drugs and insulin and charge you a lot of money for the rest of your life because your disease isn't curable.
That is stupid and it's evil.
My definition of a diabetes cure includes all of the following:
1. I don't take drugs or insulin.
2. My fasting blood sugar level is below 125mG/dL.
3. I don't have chest pains any longer.
4. I am no longer morbidly obese.
5. My blood pressure is in the normal range.
6. I feel vibrant and alive and disease free.
According to the doctor's definition, diabetes can't be cured. If you have ever had two blood sugar readings of 125 or more, then you are a diabetic for life.
Under my definition of diabetes though, you absolutely can be cured. I have personally done it and I have read about or met literally thousands of people who were once diagnosed diabetics, but are now drug free, insulin free, have normal blood sugar readings and live vibrant, full, healthy lives.
You can too!
How long does it take?
Every individual is different, but I have never known anyone who didn't have completely normal blood sugar levels within 30 days.
A majority of people can be drug free with normal blood sugar levels in less than a week.
That means you MUST use a doctor to help you with this method. Your blood sugar levels are going to drop so fast that if you are currently on ANY kind of medication, you can suffer insulin shock very easily.
You will need a doctor to help you ease off the medications and insulin so that you don't die from an overdose of the drugs or insulin!
Don't worry. This method is just a diet change. Almost all doctors who treat diabetes fully support using diet and exercise as important elements in treating diabetes. They will tell you that you can't be cured, but they will support you taking positive steps to improve your diet.
A competent doctor will decrease your medications and insulin as your blood sugar drops rapidly. They will discontinue all medications when your blood sugar remains in the normal range without medication.
They won't call you cured at that point. That is just because they define "cured" different than you and me. That's OK. They can have their definition and you and I can have ours.
I actually don't think that is "cured" either. There are multiple levels of being "cured" if you think about it.
At first, you might be happy to simply get rid of the medications and insulin and have normal blood sugar readings. That is "cured" to you. It was to me.
But you are probably overweight. You can't go from morbidly obese to normal weight in the three to thirty days that it takes to lower your blood sugar measurements to the normal range.
You will lose weight over time. But are you really cured if you are still morbidly obese? So that's another level of "cured" in my book.
Or maybe you have chest pains like I did. Those didn't go away when my blood sugar was normal and I was off medications. That took several months. It also took several months for my blood pressure readings to normalize.
When I started this plan, I normalized my blood sugar without medications or insulin in about ten days. But it took me about a year to lose eighty pounds of weight. It was two years before I was completely normal weight, completely normal blood pressure, and had zero chest pains.
My feet were the last to recover. I had those tingles and numbness in my feet like most people with severe diabetes. And I had those sores on my lower legs that just took forever to heal.
Four years after I started this plan, I noticed the feeling returning to my feet and the complete absence of those sores.
I want you to be realistic. This plan offers exactly the cure you want. You don't want to be on medication the rest of your life. It eliminates the need for medication almost instantly.
But the fact is that you had high blood sugar levels for a long time before you were diagnosed with diabetes. All of that time that it was left untreated resulted in all of those other problems that almost all diabetics have. It will take time for your body to heal and for all of those things to disappear.
But you will wake up feeling ten years younger one day in the near future. I did. Many others have. By our definition, diabetes is 100% curable.
You may be wondering if you can handle this plan. You have probably been on crash diets dozens of times just to deal with the weight gain caused by diabetes. They didn't work.
This is not a crash diet plan at all. There are absolutely no limits on how much you can eat. Starvation isn't the answer.
You will learn about a wide variety of delicious foods and methods to prepare them that reduce blood sugar levels dramatically and lead to healing in your body.
You might be worried that you don't have time for a lot of food preparation. That's not a problem. We will teach you fast food preparation methods.
Or you might be worried that you can't afford the foods we will recommend. Don't worry. Your food budget will probably be decreased with this new way of eating.
Most people find our diabetes cure to be 100% common sense and the easiest thing to follow. But cheating is completely allowed.
In fact, I think that is the final definition of cured.
Can you drink a bottle of coke or eat a piece of chocolate cake and be OK? Because non-diabetics can do those things. If you are 100% cured, then shouldn't you be able to do those things again?
It takes time before you can achieve that level of healing. I did the Coca Cola test about five years after I thought I might be cured. I took my blood sugar before drinking it. It was 77mG/dL. That's in the normal range for fasting.
Then I drank a 20 ounce bottle of Coca Cola and started measuring my blood sugar. Most experts say that a normal person's blood sugar won't go over 140mG/dL no matter how much sugar they eat at a sitting. I measured every 20 minutes for three hours to see what my peak blood sugar was after drinking that coke.
It was 127mG/dL!
That is the final cure in my book. If I can occasionally have a treat like that and have exact same results that a completely normal non-diabetic person has, then I consider myself cured 100%.
Of course the doctors still say I am a diabetic. That's fine. They can have their opinion. I know I feel 10 years younger, no longer have chest pains, look slim and attractive and I jump out of bed every morning feeling alive and well. All of the measurements that doctors use to measure my health also agree. I am 100% healthy and if a doctor never knew I had been diabetic... I would never be diagnosed as diabetic today.
